Some of the best quality cocoa in the world is said to come from Trinidad and Tobago; the famous trinitario variety is the main ingredient in high-quality chocolates around the world. Ø The Moruga Scorpion from southern Trinidad is officially the second-hottest pepper in the world, reaching 2 million units on the Scoville heat scale. In comparison, a bell pepper registers zero100, and a jalapeno can reach 10,000. Ø According to the United Nations, Trinidad and Tobago is the happiest country in the Caribbean.

Remember your offering for the Better Living “center of influence” to train missionaries at the University of Southern Caribbean in Trinidad and Tobago.
