In the lumbering pond turtle meandering quietly across that hard-packed gravel driveway and in the scissortailed flycatcher expertly balancing on that thin metal fencing in a neighbor's nearby blackberry patch, we can see more than just nature's natural beauty. We can see fingerprints. We can see glimpses of the character of the one who not only created these things but who is recreating us. And as we consistently surround ourselves with His natural creation, we will be surrounding ourselves with lessons written with His own hand. The book of Romans says "the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made..." These galleries are a look through our lens - a look at God's creation through our eyes.
"Speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the Lord hath wrought this? In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind." Job 12:8-10
